Vintage Antique House Clearance

I have now purchased a House Clearance job-lot that no-one else has bid for. I wanted to purchase a job-lot with the connection that the lot was unwanted, and therefore has no significant value. I have now begun the process of contacting the seller and asking questions around the job-lot. Questions like How did you come across the job-lot and if theres anything you know about the items in it?
