The family album is ‘exclusive information about ou­rselves. The images of relatives we never knew but whose influences is felt, reminders of the optimistic youth of our parents and their parents’ (Spence and Holland, 1991, p.2).Everyday thousands of family photos and photographic albums get abandoned and losing their past; having their own stories erased. The Vanishing Era of the Family Photo Album 2019 is a work that show the importance of the familyalbum and how by discarding them they lose their context History, narrative and identity
